Training Video Production – Case Study

Overview

As Head of Video at a B2B company, I led the creation of a full training video suite aimed at internal teams and external clients. My goal was to transform complex technical onboarding into a visually engaging and branded learning experience — clear, coherent, and aligned with company values.

Intro segment: Atmospheric intro to a training platform. Combines industry footage and brand animation.

Creative Approach

  • Branded clarity: Every video was treated as an extension of the brand, including consistent design systems, logo animation, and tone.

  • Motion design intros: Each module began with a short branded opener to set the tone and create a sense of coherence across the series.

  • Instructional precision: Screen captures were recorded, edited, and animated to focus attention, reduce noise, and make navigation intuitive.

Why it worked

The video suite delivered a consistent, scalable foundation for onboarding and internal learning. Each video was built to clarify complex interfaces while reinforcing the brand’s voice — enabling future teams to onboard users more efficiently and maintain content standards with ease.
