CyberArk: Scalable Customer Education System
Project Overview: CyberArk required a robust video strategy to drive a massive customer education and enablement initiative. The challenge was not just creating a single explainer, but building a comprehensive system capable of sustaining a series of 40+ professional videos designed to onboard and train global clients on complex cybersecurity solutions.
My Role:
Creative Direction: Defining a premium visual language that aligns with CyberArk’s enterprise brand.
Motion System Design: Developing a scalable framework of templates, assets, and motion guidelines to ensure consistent production across the entire 40-video series.
Pilot Production: Executing the flagship pilot video to establish the technical and creative benchmark for the project.
The Impact: By creating a "Motion System" rather than isolated assets, I provided CyberArk with the tools to deliver high-quality, consistent training at scale. This system directly supports customer success by making complex product workflows accessible and professional, reinforcing the brand's authority with every interaction.
