Bank Hapoalim: 12-Part Business Credit Training Series

Project Overview: Bank Hapoalim needed a comprehensive internal training series covering complex business credit content. The bank wanted the videos to be clear and professional, but also more engaging than conventional corporate learning materials, in order to encourage higher usage and viewing. The challenge was to translate professional terminology, calculations, and system workflows into 12 on-camera training videos, each averaging approximately five minutes, while creating a contemporary visual language inspired by digital media and vlog-style content.

My Role:

  • Creative Direction & Concept Development: Developing the creative concept for the series, using visual references from digital content, online video, and video blogs to give the training materials a more current and dynamic feel.

Visual System & Learning Structure: Creating a modular visual language that combined presenter footage, animated typography, practical tips, key concepts, calculations, and system demonstrations into a consistent learning framework.

Video Editing & Motion Design: Shaping the pacing of each video and creating focused animations that supported comprehension, guided attention, and helped the series move away from the look and feel of traditional corporate training.

The Impact: The resulting series presented complex financial material through a clear, structured, and contemporary visual system. By incorporating conventions from digital media and vlog-style content, the videos were designed to feel more approachable and engaging, while maintaining the professionalism required for internal banking training.
